Advanced Disposal Promotes Matthew Parker to General Manager of Western Pennsylvania Facilities
Advanced Disposal, an integrated environmental services company, is pleased to announce the promotion of Matthew Parker to general manager of the company’s Western Pennsylvania locations. In his position, Parker will oversee day-to-day operations for the company’s three collection facilities in McClellandtown, Somerset and Cumberland, Md. as well as the Cumberland transfer station.
Advanced Disposal Regional Vice President Dave Lavender said, “Matt made successful strides in South Carolina, and we are happy to have him at the helm of our Western Pennsylvania operations. I know the team will benefit from Matt’s experience and guidance, and he will ensure all customers are provided the best environmental services possible.”
Parker has five years in the solid waste industry and most recently served as Advanced Disposal’s general manger for the Columbia, S.C. location. Parker is a graduate of Mississippi State University with a bachelor’s degree in finance.
